Our Rockstars will be performing twice next week, so mark your calendars. Be there on Monday the 14th at 7:00pm at the HardR ock Cafe downtown. Get your tickets online or at the door for only $5.00. Please support our future stars. Then, on Tuesday the 15th at school during the Wings after-school performance. This event starts at 4:00pm, don’t be late.

The Rockstar Band Showcase will be help Monday June 14th from 7-9pm at the Hard Rock Cafe downtown. Make sure to be there and invite all your friends and family. This time the event will have a cover charge of $5.00 per person, band members are free. Make sure to get your tickets before they sell out. Paypal and credit card users can purchase online here. Also, you may pay by clicking the link below. We will also be celebrating the 39th Founder’s Day of the Hard Rock Cafe. For this one, you need to be good with equivalent fractions. 3. Fraction Fun. Easy game identifying the shaded parts. 4. Rename Lowest. Simplify the fraction. 5. Soccer Shoot Out. Adding fractions. 6. Fishy Fractions. Match fractions to pictures and words. 7. Fraction word problem quiz. Fun but hard! 8. The problem Site. If you are really good! 9. Pacman Fractions. My favorite but equivalent fractions a must! Now practice your word problems here.

REMINDER
There is a required meeting for parents of students who have 
already been notified of their qualification for the new Palmer Way GATE Academy Special Day Class for 2010-2011. This meeting is for parents only, but child supervision will be provided. This meeting is essential if you would like your child on the 2010-2011 GATE Academy SDC roster. We look forward to seeing you this Wednesday, June 2, at 6:00 in the Palmer Way library.
